关于 芝加哥熊
The Chicago Bears franchise is a charter-member of the National Football League and has played in all of the league's 97 seasons. The Bears have captured nine NFL Championships – eight NFL Championships and one Super Bowl – second most of all-time behind the Green Bay Packers. The franchise has also recorded more victories than any other franchise with 739, retired the most uniform numbers with fourteen, and have the most members in the Pro Football Hall of Fame with twenty-seven.
Like many teams at that time, it all began as a company team. Originally named the Decatur Staleys, the club was established by the A. E. Staley food starch company of Decatur, Illinois in 1919. Relocating to Chicago, they were initially known as the Chicago Staleys but in 1922 the name was changed to the Bears. The apparent reason for this was the team’s move to Wrigley Field home of the Chicago Cubs baseball team and Cubs and Bears were thought to have a certain symmetry.
One of the classic football franchises (one of the two original NFL teams still in existence), the Bears are known for their punishing brand of black and blue football. The team has had some of the greatest players in football history wear the Dark Navy, Orange and White.
Walter Payton, a running back who played for the Bears of the National Football League (NFL) for thirteen seasons (only missing one game in all of the thirteen seasons). Walter Payton was known around the NFL as "Sweetness". He is remembered as one of the most prolific running backs in the history of the NFL. Payton, a nine-time Pro Bowl selectee, once held the league's record for most career rushing yards, touchdowns, carries, yards from scrimmage, all-purpose yards, and many other categories.
Dick Butkus is considered the best line-backer of his generation, and one of the best of all-time. The Bears drafted Butkus in 1965, and he lead the team in tackles, interceptions, forced fumbles, and fumble recoveries that season.
Butkus had a tenacious attitude for the game, and took it out on opposing players. Being a big middle line-backer, he struck fear in the offenses and showed no mercy on anyone.
George Halas did everything for the Chicago Bears as a player and a coach. Halas brought a football team to Decatur in 1920 and called them the Staleys. Halas not only played, but he coached, did ticket sales and ran the business of the team. Halas had a shining moment when he returned the ball 98 yards for a touchdown, a record that would stand until 1972.
George Sayers was a deadly half back, who scored a NFL record 22 touchdowns in his rookie season. Sayers had an immediate impact on the game not only rushing, but in the receiving and return game, too. In his rookie year, he had 1,374 yards from scrimmage, and 3,917 all purpose yards. On December 12, 1965 Sayers scored six touchdowns, a record that still stands
